We understand that some things just don't work out! If you are unsatisfied with a product you selected for any reason, we are always happy to make recommendations for alternative products.

If you would like to process a return or exchange, you may do so within 60 days of your purchase through our self-service returns portal. You will not be charged for return shipping. 



*If you'd like to exchange this item, you will need to select "Return Item," then choose your reason for return, followed by "Continue with Return". You will then need to choose the "Shop Now" option to process an exchange. Please be sure to choose "checkout without protection" for the credit to apply.


Pure Rewards points are non-refundable. If an order is returned, customers don't receive the points back to use on more purchases.

New exchange orders are ineligible for return or exchange. 


*We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to a third-party reviewal process. Those who abuse our policies will be denied future return attempts.
